Scott Buckley
President and Lead Network Engineer
I’ve been in and around the communications world since my time in the National Guard back in the early 90’s. Before founding StonePoint Technology Partners, I was working as a contractor doing commercial installations for BrightHouse Networks.
During my years there, I noticed that there was no “big picture” tech support for small and medium-sized businesses. There were multiple vendors handling different parts of tech support, but no one to manage the whole thing.
This often led to miscommunication and unnecessary downtime as non-technical people were trying to coordinate between these companies.
I took the time to help with these issues and became the go-to guy whenever customers or other technicians ran into problems the couldn’t resolve.
That’s when I realized the need for a cohesive approach.
StonePoint Technology Partners was born in 2015, as the complete tech support for businesses, ensuring every component from cybersecurity to VoIP and electronic access control works together, reducing complexities, and streamlining business operations.
The common misconception is that full-stack managed service providers are a luxury only large corporations can afford. But at StonePoint Technology Partners, we’ve flipped this narrative.
We leverage advanced systems and products to bring top-tier tech solutions to growing businesses. No company is too small for us – we believe every business deserves high-quality, integrated tech support, a belief that has driven us to become the only full-stack managed service provider for small to medium-sized businesses in West Central Florida.
Small businesses account for 43% of cyber attacks annually and 46% of cyber attacks were small businesses with 1,000 or fewer employees. On average, small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) lose $25,000 due to cyber attacks.

At StonePoint Technology Partners, we do things differently.
We don’t wait for tech issues to arise; we proactively manage and integrate your entire IT infrastructure.
We’re driven by a commitment to provide not just solutions, but foresight. We understand the nuances of technology and its impact on your business, setting us apart in a field often crowded with providers more focused on their bottom line than on client success.
That’s why our family-owned and run business offers a local service guarantee.
At StonePoint, we don’t just say “We appreciate your business”—we prove it.
Based out of New Port Richey, FL, we handle all installations ourselves. After installation, you’ll have a full two weeks to experience our services. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can revert to your previous provider with no obligation or cost from us.
And no need to worry about the hassle of switching from an old system to a new one.
We manage the entire migration process, from the moment your old system is deactivated to when your new StonePoint system becomes operational.
And, if needed, we perform installations after business hours to prevent any disruption to your operations.
